Sponsorship, Review, and Giveaway Policy
These terms govern your participation in sponsorships, reviews, and giveaways with LifewithTech. By providing products for free or paid coverage, or by becoming a sponsor, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Honest Coverage: LifewithTech will never accept money to promote a specific perspective on a product. We are committed to providing honest coverage and do not engage in paid review offers.
Disclosure of Partnerships: Whenever LifewithTech collaborates with businesses whose products or services align with our content, we will transparently disclose these paid partnerships.
Product Returns: Items provided for review will not be returned unless a written agreement for their return is reached before sending the items.
No Refunds: LifewithTech does not offer refunds for sponsorships or other transactions. We reserve the right to cancel any sponsorship at our discretion, for any reason.
Content Production: LifewithTech retains sole authority over the production and presentation of sponsorships. While clients can request early access to sponsored content, we do not routinely provide videos to clients for early feedback.
No Redo of Sponsorships: Sponsorships will not be redone once they have been completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Removal of Sponsorships: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, LifewithTech may remove or unpublish sponsorships at any time.
Sponsorship Dates: While we strive to provide specific coverage dates, sponsorship dates are subject to change at LifewithTech's sole discretion.
Product Embargoes: LifewithTech may agree to product or service embargoes with brands, companies, or PR firms for testing purposes.
Non-Coverage: We do not cover companies in which the company or its staff has invested.
Giveaways: LifewithTech may host giveaways on its various platforms and channels. Rules for these giveaways will be posted and are binding for all entrants. Participation by companies or brands in these giveaways does not constitute an endorsement by LifewithTech.
Accuracy and Corrections: While we strive for accuracy, there may be occasions when errors are made on camera or in our content. If an error is pointed out, we will make efforts to acknowledge and correct it.
Advertisement Disclaimer: Advertisements featured on LifewithTech's channels do not necessarily reflect the views of LifewithTech or its staff.
Affiliate Links: Some links on LifewithTech's various channels are marketing or affiliate links through which we may earn a commission from resulting purchases.
