Folks with some HP printers connected to an AirPort Extreme, Bluetooth Magic Trackpads, and other pieces of hardware will find some helpful fixes in this update, as will heavy users of certain built-in apps like Dictionary, Address Book, and iCal. Most of the updates are bug fixes, but there are a few performance- and reliability-related updates in there as well, all related to specific programs or hardware.
